Gabriela Faura

Principal Solicitor

Gabriela has been with IDA Legal for over 20 years and has worked as a Personal Injury Lawyer specialising in Industrial Deafness cases.

“I have extensive experience representing workers in disputed cases across various tribunals and Courts throughout Australia," says Gabriela, who earned her legal qualifications in Argentina and Australia. "I use my extensive knowledge and experience to help those employed in noisy workplaces obtain the best possible outcome.”

Chelsea

Chelsea has extensive experience across personal injury, government, commercial and criminal law. Chelsea is a Senior Solicitor at IDA Legal, where she represents clients pursuing claims for occupational hearing loss.

Since joining the firm in 2024, Chelsea has developed a strong practice in industrial deafness claims, combining technical legal expertise with a practical, client-focused approach.

Earlier in her career, Chelsea practiced in Queensland, managing matters across personal injury, commercial and criminal law, while mentoring junior staff and supporting the development of legal teams. Chelsea is also a published legal author, including as a co-author of Halsbury's Laws of Australia, Primary Industry Guidecard II: Animal Industries (LexisNexis Butterworths).
